NDA Written Entrance Exam is held twice a year, first Sunday of Apr and Sep. Students who have passed Class XII or are appearing for XII are eligible to apply for the Exam. Two papers are conducted. First paper is of Maths of 300 marks and second paper is of General Aptitude Test (GAT) and is of 600 marks.
PCM is compulsary for entry into Indian Air Force and Indian Navy while for Indian Army PCM is not required.
Trishakti Defence Academy Lucknow is running two course every year. The duration of the course is four months.
